We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and on time. All LiquiMedLock products are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers via trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected delivery speed. You can view your estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart and using the Shipping Calculator at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Timelines
Standard ground shipping generally takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost due to address errors or issues caused by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our team.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description. We’ll review your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Because LiquiMedLock products are designed for clinical and medical environments, we follow strict quality-control and contamination-prevention standards.

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
